Cancellation Policy

If appointment is missed due to a NO CALL + NO SHOW a 40% service fee will be charged. If appointment is not cancelled 24 hours in advance a 40% service fee will be charged. If you are beyond 10 minutes late for your appointment you will be rescheduled and a 40% service fee will charged. I understand things happen but please respect my time. Send me a message and let me know what is going on so I can do my very best to accommodate the situation.
